THE ROLE 

As a critical member of the Operations team, this Revenue Operations Manager will lead a team focused on revenue operations. We are looking for a skilled, knowledgeable, and passionate individual who thrives on solving hard problems and working in a high-paced and dynamic environment.

___________________________________________________________________DAY-TO-DAY

  • Manage a team of 2-5 direct reports focused on revenue operations projects and day to day revenue operations
  • Manage and own sales operations infrastructure, including but not limited to Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Outreach, and Drift
  • Manage and own the integration of all platforms across the revenue tech stack, especially those integrated with Salesforce.
  • Proactively provide regular project updates to the Director of Operations on project progress, upcoming milestones, project risks, interdependencies and areas requiring input or decision making from the Director or VP.
  • Conduct independent problem solving with a solution-oriented approach when engaging other team members or stakeholders.
  • Work with the Director of Operations to align Sales Operations team priorities with the broader ops team and Tugboat logic

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience working in sales or revenue operations, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
  • 2+ years of people management experience, ideally in operations
  • Track record of successful management of a sales or revenue operations tech stack
  • Strong technical foundation with the ability to understand and problem solve within the broader revenue tech stack
  • Experience with platform migration/integration following an acquisition is a plus.

KEY COMPETENCIES

  • Experience as a Salesforce Administrator is a plus
  • Experience using Salesforce and Outreach; experience with Marketo, SaaS Optics, Drift, and Gainsight is a plus
  • Solution-oriented problem-solving approach
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Existing understanding of B2B SaaS operations infrastructure
  • Experience working in an Agile or sprint-based methodology
  • Brings a strong sense of urgency
  • Comfortable working with remote teams across Canada and the US
  • Ability to be flexible and pivot when necessary
  • Very hands-on, ready to dive into the details
  • Bring a positive attitude to work each day, lifting and supporting other team members
