YOUR ROLE:

Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Jr. Sales Analyst role would focus on helping the broader sales team scale by tracking data, creating reports, assessing processes, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.  The successful candidate will collaborate with different teams and people across the sales organization and have a passion for data analytics, capturing trends, managing sales and account system activities to ensure operational efficiency.  This is a high-visibility role with a significant degree of responsibility and requires regular communication, analysis, and documentation of activities.

DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Design and produce in-depth sales management reports and key performance metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Create and maintain dashboards to aid in the tracking of a sales funnel and operational indicators
  • Consult with sales leadership to identify standard reports and frequency in addition to reviewing ad hoc requests for reporting and analysis
  • Work with leaders in the company to develop business requirements, implement processes and identify actionable insights to improve sales workflows
  • Evaluate ways to improve current processes to streamline workflows and delivery
  • Lead process review and improvement initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and change management initiative
  • Coordinate with other team members in the organization to create or improve workflows
  • Educate other departments on new processes, share ideas, and take feedback
  • Ad-hoc projects as required

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Prior experience in helping identify areas for process development, process improvement and change management
  • One year within a SaaS environment
  • Excellent analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze large volumes of raw data, draw conclusions, and develops actionable recommendations
  • Expert-level Excel skills, SQL and Power Bi is considered an asset
  • History of balancing multiple time-sensitive priorities simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills proven ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships
  • Experience creating a positive impact on the team, and their ability to execute on key deliverables
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented contributor that can work independently or in a team environment
  • Demonstrated a high level of proficiency in listening skills and working well with others
