Our operations team is growing! We are looking for a dynamic instructional designer to create customized Revenue Enablement e-learning and administer the Sales LMS/CMS. You will receive written content from the Content and Product Marketing Team and work closely with graphics teams to design and rollout content assets and interactive e-learning experiences, continually iterating as updates are required. Training will be outcome-oriented with a high level of interactivity and practical application. Experience working in an agile environment is considered a strong asset.



  • Create engaging learning activities and course content that enhance the transfer and retention of product knowledge and sales competency.
  • Identify learning objectives and ensure the training delivers quantifiable outcomes for learners.
  • Conduct instructional research and analysis on learner personas and learning contexts, and work with subject-matter experts to identify training needs.
  • Transform written content into graphic elements and can apply instructional design theories and methods to produce supporting materials (audio, videos, etc.), develop assessments, and create activities that enhance learning and validate performance.
  • Collaborate with LMS software providers to address backend and user-interface technical issues.


  • 3- 5+ years’ experience as an instructional Designer in an evolving role
  • A Certificate in Learning Design, Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design or related degree.
  • Excellent organizational skills required to manage the concurrent development of multiple courses in collaboration with other team members and multi-disciplinary contributors.
  • Strong content curation and analysis skills to assess and integrate existing content with original content and adapt it to sales coursework.
  • Familiarity with a variety of instructional design methodologies, including SAM, ADDIE, and Bloom’s Taxonomy and can identify when each one should be employed.
  • Passionate about achieving business success through engaging learning materials in both an e-learning and m-learning environment and have experience in adult learning, curriculum design and planning, and knowledge assessment.
  • Ability to self-manage and take initiative to drive project success, meet deadlines, manage multiple timelines, budgets, and project schedules
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
  • Ability to promote Yes! attitude while working across different teams
  • Experience with various LMS and Adobe Suite required
  • Experience with Lessonly, Articulate, Captivate, Rise 360 is considered an asset
  • Graphic design experience is also an asset
