YOUR ROLE

The Sales Operations Manager role would focus on both managing the transaction workflow of our sales processes and the analytical insight into the cadence, dynamics and trends of our revenue growth, subscription renewals and customer health. We will need you to be as passionate about Tugboat Logic solutions as they are about providing an extraordinary experience for every customer. Success in this position would be based on your ability to respond quickly to the processing and tracking of order invoices, billing, and work collaboratively with sales leadership to guide decisions that maximize revenue opportunities. This is a high visibility role with a large degree of responsibility and requires regular communication and documentation of your activities.

YOUR DAY-to-DAY:
You're responsible for the management of the revenue flow of our company, including customer invoicing, receivables monitoring, and subscription renewals.
You ensure timely reporting of revenue KPIs to management as well as monthly/quarterly summary financial report reporting.
You ensure that the sales team get the support they need to close deals quickly and according to revenue recognition rules
You provide the analytical insight and content to help the exec team build marketing strategies, pricing models and sales playbooks
Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams

YOU WOULD BE A GOOD FIT IF:
You had 3+ years in a sales or sales operations role with strong reporting expertise
You're a self-starter with a consistent track record of developing operational efficiency and sales growth
You have strong business acumen and comfort with technology platforms like Outreach, Hubspot, SaaSOptics, QuickBooks and other sales automation tools.
You are highly analytical and have strong project management skills
You have had experience with e-commerce online transactional businesses
You are a team player with the highest level of integrity and a passion for technology and how it can be leveraged to drive business impact
