The Sales Operations Manager role would focus on both managing the transaction workflow of our sales processes and the analytical insight into the cadence, dynamics and trends of our revenue growth, subscription renewals and customer health. We will need you to be as passionate about Tugboat Logic solutions as they are about providing an extraordinary experience for every customer. Success in this position would be based on your ability to respond quickly to the processing and tracking of order invoices, billing, and work collaboratively with sales leadership to guide decisions that maximize revenue opportunities. This is a high visibility role with a large degree of responsibility and requires regular communication and documentation of your activities.
