As Community Manager, you love leading community strategy and breathing community development. You’re naturally an advocate for engineers, IT and security pros, and more broadly, the InfoSec community. Sharing insights, trends, and managing feedback loops is something you love doing. Not to mention, as the go-to problem solver and engagement driver for the community, you’ll become the Tugboat Logic voice and brand.
Own and execute the roadmap for community initiatives Own the content and social media calendar to keep the community engaged and successful Be an evangelist for the community externally and internally; monitor and contribute to discussions across online and offline platforms Always measuring the performance of community initiatives, and iterating on them to produce consistently better experiences and engagement Recommend, oversee, and own technical integration and system administration aspects of the community Communicate customer requirements and provide input on product enhancements and future product direction YOU WOULD BE A GOOD FIT IF: You know community development and or customer advocacy backwards and forwards You have domain expertise in DevOps and or Security You have startup experience, and you're gung-ho about trying and testing new things, and failing fast You have an analytical mindset and can produce quality, attention-grabbing content at a high velocity You have strong program management and collaboration skills with internal team members and external community (advocates, customers, and partners) You're a veteran of cross-functional team management aka influence without authority, including senior management BS/BA degree in a related technical field is desired YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US: A company that 100% believes in the importance of a content-driven marketing strategy, and supports you.
