ROLE

The Customer Success Manager role would focus on being the primary advocate for our clients, guiding them along a path to success and engaging resources across Tugboat Logic to accelerate value realization for each customer. We will need you to be as passionate about Tugboat Logic solutions as they are about providing an extraordinary experience for every customer. Success in this position would be based on your ability to have both an empathetic and positive communication style and a detail-oriented work ethic so you can effectively communicate client needs to the rest of the Tugboat Logic organization. This is a high visibility role with a large degree of responsibility and requires regular communication and documentation of your activities.

YOUR DAY-to-DAY:
You're responsible for the ultimate success of Tugboat Logic’s customers, including customer onboarding, project success, retention, and renewal
You ensure that customers derive maximum value from their investments in Tugboat Logic solutions and fully leverage their subscriptions and services on an ongoing basis
Identify and develop new opportunities for expansion across your existing business and collaborate with the sales team to ensure subscription growth and increased solution footprint
Drive a seamless onboarding processes and work cross-functionally with our support and services team to dedicatedly handle your customer’s successful deployment
You will help to develop and implement tailored programs that provide continued value to the customer.
YOU WOULD BE A GOOD FIT IF:
You had 3+ years in a customer facing role
You're a self-starter with a consistent track record of driving customer success (adoption, renewals, quarterly business reviews)
You had familiarity of IT systems, security or compliance concepts or industry trends.
You had the ability to understand customer requirements, identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
You are highly analytical and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
You are a team player with the highest level of integrity and a passion for technology and how it can be leveraged to drive business impact
